 Sub:    SCALES OF PAY 2009 - Payment of remuneration to the AD/PD Staff who have attended the work involved in implementation of RPS 2009 and payment of arrears thereof to all the eligible employees present on rolls as on 01.04.09 - Reg.

Through the Circular 3rd cited orders were communicated for payment of remuneration to the staff who attended the various aspects of works viz. Compilation and Auditing of Pay Fixation Forms, Compilation and Verification of Arrears Calculation sheets, etc., in connection with Fixation and drawal of arrears of RPS 2009 to the employees in Class-II, III & IV services.

 

On consideration of the representations vide reference 4th cited, the VC&MD has accorded sanction for further enhancement of remuneration to the clerical staff of AD & PD for attending compilation and Audit work of RPS 2009 as under duly modifying the Circular 3rd cited.
