Sub: RECRUITMENT – Recruitment of Traffic & Mechanical Supervisor Trainees 2009-Nomination of Selections Committee – Reg.

As you aware recruitment activity for selection of candidates to the post of Traffic and Mechanical Supervisor Trainees has already communicated and the written Test was also conducted on 15.02.2009 at various centers in the State Basing on the performance in the written test the short-listed candidates are proposed to be called for interview by nominated committees on 26.02.2009 in Bus Bhavan.

In partial modification of the Circular cited, for the purpose of awarding marks in the interview in the present recruitment, the following Committees are hereby constituted.

The Recruitment & Training Cell of the Head Office shall take action in time for calling of the candidates for interview with instructions to report to the concerned Committee. The Dy.CPM of the concerned Zone shall collect the Guide sheets and other relevant details from Dy.Chief Personnel Manager(Recruitment) on 25.02.2009 apart from taking up verification of certificates of candidates pertaining to their respective Zones.

The Zonal EDs shall, after competing the interviews return their guide sheets duly signed by all Committee members and the interview marks duly entered. Therefore, the R&T Cell shall take necessary action for consolidating the marks scored by each candidate and take further action.
