        Simplified confirmation procedure of employees of the Corporation was notified through the reference cited.

        It has come to notice that confirmation of employees is not being done even though they have completed 5 years of  regular service.

        It is, therefore, hereby reiterated that instructions issued through the reference cited shall be strictly adhered to pending confirmations  if any, may be expedited as it has been agreed for the same in the recent joint meeting with the Recognised Union.
