            In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding 1^st  cited, instructions were issued through the Circular 2^nd  cited that the Regional Managers have the “liberty” to post the Conductors in the same Depot after lifting suspension, considering the circumstances and merits of the case and subject to availability of vacancies.  It was also stipulated in the Circular that there would be no compulsion for retention of a Conductor in the same Depot after lifting of suspension, if any Regional Manager feels otherwise in the interest of efficient functioning of the Depots concerned.

            In the meeting held by the Executive Directors with the representatives of the APSRTC National Mazdoor Union (Recognised) on 01.02.2008, it was represented by the Union to implement the above mentioned instructions in true spirit.  Accordingly, instructions were issued through Circular 4^th cited advising all the Regional Managers to implement the said Circular instructions in true spirit, while ordering postings to Conductors on lifting of suspensions.

            It was agreed in the Memorandum of Understanding vide reference 5^th cited to retain the conductors on raising their suspension in the same depot in all deserving cases.

            All the Regional Managers, are therefore, once again advised to retain the conductors on raising their suspension in the same depot in all deserving cases, subject to availability of vacancies
