             Awards are being given every year to the meritorious children of Employees/Officers who have got highest marks in SSC, Intermediate and Graduation and continuing further studies i.e., Intermediate/Polytechnic (2 years), Degree (3 years only) and P.G. (2 years only). 

            Cash Awards payable under the scheme are as follows: 

               Rs.1000/- each for Intermediate 1st Year and 2nd Year

               Rs.1200/- each for degree 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year

               Rs.1500/- each for Post Graduation 1st Year and 2nd Year.

            Consequent to formation of Hyderabad City Zone, the VC&MD with the concurrence of FA & CAO has accorded sanction for grant of seventeen (17) Cash Awards for each course as detailed hereunder in Hyderabad City Zone also from 2008-09 onwards.

            There is no change in the number of cash awards being granted in the remaining 6 Zones and the procedure to grant the awards.
