Instructions were issued through the Circular cited revising the rate of Dearness Allowance from 24.2% of Pay to 29.6% of Pay in RPS 2009 from 1st July 2011 to Employees and Officers of the Corporation and to implement the revised Dearness Allowance through the regular salary bill of September, 2011. It was also stipulated therein that instructions with regard to payment of arrears of Dearness Allowance will be issued separately.
It is now decided to arrange payment of arrears of Dearness Allowance for the period July 2011 and August 2011 to the Employees and Officers through Salary Bill of July 2012, after pre-audit.
Necessary action shall be taken accordingly.
