    Sub:  RELIEF - Contributions of one day Basic Pay of all the Employees and Officers of the Corporation to Chief Minister's Relief Fund under “AROGYASRI” Scheme in the State of A.P – Reg.

          The Trade Unions of Employees and Officers Association have represented to contribute  'ONE DAY BASIC PAY' of all Employees and Officers towards CM's Relief Fund for  “AROGYASRI ” Scheme in the State of A.P.

          Therefore, it has been decided that `ONE DAY BASIC PAY' shall be recovered from all the Employees and Officers of the Corporation through the Salary Bill of July 2009 paid in August 2009.

            The Employees/Officers, who would like to donate more than the amount specified above, may give their consent in writing, so as to contribute to the fund as a gesture of good will.

          The Unit Officers/Salary Drawing Officers are advised to recover `ONE DAY BASIC PAY' (i.e., Basic Pay for July 2009 divided by 31 days) from all the Employees and Officers through the Salary Bill of July 2009.

          The amounts recovered shall be credited to A.H.No.1052 and be transferred to AO(P&A)/HO by issuing Credit Advice as in the case of other NDRs such as PF, SBT etc.,  through a separate Advice for this purpose by 5th of August  2009.  No balance shall be outstanding thereafter.  The Dy.CAOs/AOs of all Consolidation Centers shall monitor the issue of Advices for correct amounts.

          This has the concurrence of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer.
