In accordance with the memorandum of understanding reached with the APSRTC National Mazdoor Union (Recognised) vide reference 2nd cited, the benefit of Maternity Leave to the Women Employees working on Contract basis is enhanced from the existing twelve weeks (84 days) to 120 days. To extend this facility, the employee should have worked minimum 240 days in the Corporation.
The other terms & conditions communicated through Circular 1st cited in granting Maternity Leave to the Women Employees working on Contract basis remain unchanged.
