Sub:    RECOGNITION – Granting of recognition to APSRTC Class-II Supervisors’ Association – Reg.

The President of APSRTC Class-II Supervisors Association submitted a representation under reference 3^rd cited informing that the APSRTC Supervisors Association and APSRTC Class-II Supervisors Welfare Association have amalgamated into one Association under the name APSRTC Class-II Supervisors’ Association and registered under A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001 with the Regd.No.337/2009, dated 01.07.2009 and requested to accord recognition to the Association and extend the privileges of a recognised Association. He further assured to extend all Co-operation to the Management at all times and in all events.

Considering the above request, the VC&MD has accorded approval to recognize the APSRTC Class-II Supervisors’ Association and to extend the facilities that were given earlier to APSRTC Supervisors Association.  

Hence, the APSRTC Class-II Supervisors Association (Regd.No.337/2009) is hereby granted recognition outside the purview of Code of Discipline with immediate effect duly extending the following privileges.

1.      Holding of Joint Meetings at Regional level by RM concerned once in three months, at Zonal Level by Executive Director Zone concerned, once in four (4) months and at Head Office level by VC&MD once in six months.

2.      In the Joint Meetings, three (3) representatives of the Association will be permitted at Regional level and five (5) representatives will be permitted at Zonal & Head Office levels.

The absence of the representatives of the Association attending the above meetings will be treated as on duty.

3.     The Association will be permitted to exhibit its Notices on the Boards fixed at a convenient place allotted by the DM/Unit Officer in the Depot/Unit premises concerned.

4.     Five (5) Red Warrants valid on all routes of the Corporation except Inter State Routes will be issued to the Office Bearers of the State Committee on the requisition by the General Secretary of the Association.

5.      Office accommodation with telephone facility will be provided at Hyderabad.  Only Rental charges for the telephone will be borne by the Corporation.

In the event of the Association participating in any of the agitational activities by itself or in association with any Trade Union, the Recognition accorded to the Association will be liable for cancellation.
