Sub:-   LEAVES - Sanction of Special Casual Leave to the Delegates of APSRTC Employees' Thrift & Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. - Orders - Communicated - Red.

        In terms of Circular cited, the Delegates of APSRTC Employees' Thrift & Credit Co - operative Society Ltd. are permitted to avail six days Special Casual Leave in a calendar year for attending to meeting convened by the Management of the Society.

        But in view of the recent elections to the Delegates of the Society held  on 26.11.1996 for a term of 5 years and two days Education and Training Programme to the newly elected Delegates conducted between 05.03.1997 to 02.04.1997, the Secretary  of the Society has requested for enhancement of the Special Casual leave from 6 days to 12 days to the Delegates for the calendar year 1997.

        The representation of the Secretary of the Society has been examined in detail.  The Vice-Chairman & Managing Director has accorded sanction to enhance Special Casual Leave to the Delegates of APSRTC Employees Thrift and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., for the year 1997.

    a)    from six days to ten days including one day journey time on either side to the Delegates who have to come from place below 500 KMs; and

    b)    from six days to twelve days including two days journey time on either side to the Delegates who have to come from places above 500 KMs.

        However, the maximum limit of six days Special Casual Leave to the Delegates of the Society shall continue from the Calendar year 1998 on wards.
