Instructions were issued through the Circular cited revising the rate of Dearness Allowance @ 24.2% of Pay in RPS 2009 from 1st Jan 2011 to Employees and Officers of the Corporation and to implement the revised Dearness Allowance through the regular salary bill of April, 2011. It was also stipulated therein that instructions with regard to payment of arrears of Dearness Allowance for the period from Jan 2011 to Mar 2011 will be issued separately.
It is now decided to arrange payment of arrears of Dearness Allowance for the period from Jan 2011 to March 2011 to the Employees and Officers through Salary Bill of July 2011, after pre-audit.
This has the approval of VC & MD with the concurrence of FA.
Necessary action shall be taken accordingly.
