Sub:  FESTIVAL ADVANCE - Enhancement of Festival Advance to Class-III and Class-IV  employees of the Corporation - Reg.

            Ref: 1) Circular No..PD-48/2007, dated 06.10.2007.

                    2) Memorandum of Settlement with APSRTC NMU on 22.01.2010.

                    3) Board Resolution No.48/2010, dt.07.05.2010.

            The Board through the Resolution 3^rd cited has accorded approval for enhancement of Festival Advance from Rs.2000 to Rs.3000/- to Class-III employees and from Rs.1500/- to Rs.2500/- to Class-IV employees as agreed vide item No.39 of the Memorandum of Settlement under reference cited.

            The existing terms and conditions for payment and recovery of the Festival Advance will remain the same.

            All the Unit Officers are, therefore, advised to take necessary action for payment of Festival Advance at enhanced rates from the year 2010 onwards to all eligible employees.
