Sub: ELECTIONS – Elections for Delegates of APSRTC ET & CCS Ltd., for the tenure 2012-2016 - Reg.

The Secretary, APSRTC Employees Thrift & Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., in his letter dated 27.11.2011 informed that the Elections for the Delegates of the Society will be held on 15.12.2011 and for Managing Committee Members on 29.12.2011 and requested for co-operation and assistance from the Officials of APSRTC in conducting the Elections.
As per the procedure in vogue, the Elections of the Society shall be conducted in different Units by the Unit Officers of respective Units acting as Presiding Officers. The Secretary, APSRTC Employees Thrift & Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., will issue guidelines and instructions in this regard ,separately, to the respective Presiding Officers.
The Unit Officers may arrange for necessary security well in advance, in view of the Society Elections and take necessary steps for conducting the Elections in a peaceful manner on 15.12.2011. Polling Booths for the Election may be arranged at a suitable place.
No meetings by any contesting candidates/Unions shall be permitted within the premises of the Corporation.
All the Unit Officers are advised to extend their utmost co-operation by following the instructions/guidelines received from the Secretary, APSRTC Employees Thrift & Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., from time to time for conducting the Elections of the Delegates of the Society.
