              Sub: PASSES – Surrender of Privilege Bus Passes by the Officers at their credit for the block period 2009-2012 - Extension of validity of Block period - Instructions issued.

            Instructions were issued through Circular 1^st cited permitting the Officers to avail the facility of surrender of Bus Passes pertaining to the block period of 2009-2012 until 31.12.2012.  If the facility of surrender of bus passes is not availed by the Officers before 31.12.2012 pertaining to the block period of 2009-2012, the same will lapse.

            Considering the representation of the APSRTC Officers’ Association 3^rd cited, pending approval of the Board, the Chairman, on the recommendations of the VC&MD, has accorded approval to extend the facility of surrender of left over un-used Privilege Bus Passes pertaining to the block period 2009-2012 for 6 months upto 30.06.2013.

            Necessary action shall, therefore, be taken accordingly duly complying with the terms and conditions notified from time to time on surrender of Privilege Bus Passes and claiming reimbursement thereon.
