Sub:-    TELEPHONES - Allowing Security Staff to use the Telephone to pass over important message to V & SO and S.O. Instructions to all RMs/DMs of all Zones  - Regarding.

        It has been brought to my notice that the Officers are not allowing the Security Staff Working in the Depots and Regions to use the Telephones to pass on information to SO/V&SO of the Zones on important matters  like Industrial Relations and other incidents.  Therefore, the Security Staff are facing much difficulty to pass on urgent message or information to the V&SO and SOs concerned.

        Therefore, instructions are hereby issued to all the RMS/DMs/Unit Officers to permit the Security Staff on requisition to utilise the Telephone to pass on the urgent and official message to V&SO/SO.

        Please acknowledge the receipt of Circular instructions.
