As a part of welfare measure, APSRTC has been extending medical assistance and treatment to various ailments to employees, their dependent family members and former employees & their spouses.
To serve better, APSRTC establishment corporate hospital of 200 bed capacity at Tarnaka, Hyderabad to treat in patients also. Besides this 33 dispensaries are being operated across the Andhra Pradesh to keep employees and their families hail & healthy.
In order to assess the requirement of doctors and paramedical staff, it is required to know the no. of patients being attended by each doctor during the working hours of hospital. In this connection, a proforma is already designed and sent to the dispensaries and requested to submit a consolidated monthly report, Doctor wise before 5th of every month.
Hence Supdt/CMO, Tarnaka Hospital is requested to submit the above details in the existing proforma every week as a periodical for each and every Doctor/Medical officer, To have a ready reckoner for a tentative decision, the details of November, 2009 shall be submitted on or before 11.12.2009.
