        Instructions were issued through Circular cited to all Unit Officers to follow the provisions of Section 33 of I.D. Act., 1947 in case of disciplinary proceedings in view of pendency of conciliation proceedings before the State Conciliation Officer on Strike Notice Dt. 06.03.1997 served by APSRTC National Mazdoor Union.

        The Conciliation Proceedings on the above Strike Notice have since been closed and the Conciliation Proceedings are pending before State Conciliation Officer, on any Strike Notice.  All the Unit Officers are hereby advised to go ahead and dispose off all the cases where disciplinary proceedings are kept pending in view of the above Circular.
