Instructions were issued through the Circular cited regarding the procedure to be followed for outsourcing of Paramedical Staff to the extent of shortage against “Sanctions” till such time the vacancies are filled up by Direct Recruitment.
With regard to finalisation of Tenders relating to outsourcing Paramedical Staff at Dispensaries in the Zones, the following Committee was prescribed in the said Circular.
Tender Committee:
1) Regional Manager of the Region.
2) Personnel Officer of the Region.
3) Dy.CAO/AO of the Region.
In order to guide the members of the Tender Committee for identifying suitable and competent paramedical staff required, the Senior Medical Officer/ Medical Officer concerned shall be co-opted in the above said Tender Committee and the tenders shall be finalized accordingly.
The instructions issued through the Circular cited shall be deemed to have been modified to the extent indicated above.
