 Sub:    UNIFORMS - Procurement of Terry cotton Apron Suiting cloth for Lady Conductors and Change of Uniform Colour - Modified instructions - issued.

        In partial modification of the circular instructions issued vide circular 4^th cited on changing the pattern of the uniform to the Lady Conductors and in consideration of the request made by the Working President APSRTC NMU through the representation 5^th cited, the VC&MD with the concurrence of Chief Accounts Officer has accorded approval to the following:

a)     To supply to the lady Conductors every year, Two Sarees of 100% polyester and 6.5 Mtrs. each in Maroon Colour with Black Border and with Maroon colour Blouse with Border included in the Saree, withdrawing the supply of 3 blouse pieces per annum.

b)     To supply the above said Uniform for the year 2009 also if not already supplied.

The instructions issued through the circular 4^th cited have been modified to the extent indicated above.

All the Unit Officers are, therefore, advised to supply the above Uniform to all the Lady Conductors for the year 2009 if not already supplied and from the year 2010 onwards.

        The other conditions stipulated for supply of Uniform remain unchanged.
