Sub:-   RECRUITMENT – Enhancement of charges for sale of applications by Direct Recruitment and payment of application fee or certain  Categories of posts – Sanction – Communicated.

Ref:-  Circular No. PD-3/2006, dt. 23.01.2006.

The rates for Sale of Applications and Applications fee for the posts of Driver and Conductor were communicated through the Circular at reference cited.

In modification of the above Circular, the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director has now accorded sanction for charging the following enhanced rates towards sale of applications and processing fees for the categories of Drivers and Conductors.

1.         APPLICATION FEE: - Applications for the posts of Drivers and Conductors, to be     sold to candidates at     Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) irrespective of caste. 

2.         PROCESSING FEE:- While submitting completed applications, candidates belonging     to other than SC/ST/BC/ Ex-servicemen / Departmental candidates  have to pay an amount of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) towards ‘Processing fee’. 

3. The fee structure is summarized below: 

Hence, all the Recruiting Authorities and Unit Officers are advised to take necessary action and implement the revised rates with immediate effect.  This Circular will have prospective effect and will not apply to notifications already issued if any.
