Sub:-   FAMILY PLANNING PROGRAMME - Grant of incentive increment and Special Casual for Family Planning Button Hole operation is also a Family Planning Operation for sanction of Incentives - Clarification - Issued.

The Corporation is extending the benefit of sanctioning incentive increment to its employees for having undergone family planning subject to the result of the Writ Appeal pending before the High Court of A.P on the subject.

One of the Units has raised a doubt whether Button Hole Operation is a Family Planning Operation coming under the purview of the incentive scheme.

Based on the opinion received from the Director of Family Welfare vide reference 3rd Cited, it is clarified that the Button Hole operation undergone for Family Planning shall also be eligible for sanction of benefits under Family Planning Incentive Scheme to the employees of the Corporation.

It shall be notified in writing to the  employees while sanctioning of the incentive increment that this increment is liable for withdrawal and amount so paid is recoverable from them in the event of the Writ Appeal pending before the High Court is decided in favour of the Corporation at a later date.
