Sub :- HOUSING - Nomination of Dy. CPM (IR&W) / HO as Estate Officer for eviction of Un-authorized occupants at APSRTC Guest House Premises, Hyderguda, Hyderabad - Regarding.

Government of Andhra Pradesh in its GO Ms. No. 231 Transport, Roads & Buildings (B.II) Department dt. 22.08.1999 have appointed certain Officers of APSRTC as Estate Officers under the provisions of AP Public Premises (Eviction of un-authorised occupants) Act. 1968 in so for as the premises of APSRTC are concerned and the orders of the Government have been communicated through ref. 1st cited.
Accordingly, Dy. Chief Personnel Manager (IR&W), Head Office is appointed as Estate Officer in respect of the buildings owned by the Corporation, Departmental Quarters, Community Halls, Guest Houses located in twin cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad and such public premises of APSRTC which are under the jurisdiction of VC & MD's Office, Mushirabad, Hyderabad.
However, at the time of transfer of work relating o allotment, vocation and allied matters of staff quarters situated at Kachiguda from Head Office of RM's HCR, instructions were issued through ref. 2nd cited that RM/HCR shall be the allotting authority and the Sr. Manager (Operation) / Charminar (Koti) shall be the Estate Officer for eviction of un authorized occupants of these quarters / buildings and also Guest house premises at Hyderguda as per the provisions of AP Public Premises (Eviction of un-Authorized occupants) act, 1968.
Since the Guest House at Hyderguda is under the administrative control of Head Office (Board Office), VC & MD has nominated the Dy. Chief Persnonnel Manager (IR&W) / HO as Estate Officer for eviction of un-authorised occupants in respect of Guest house premises at Hyderguda instead of Sr. Manager (DVM), Charminar (Koti) as per the provisions of AP Public Premises (Eviction of un-authorized occupants) Act. 1968.
The above instructions shall came into force with immediate effect. The other terms & Conditions stipulated in the circular 1st & 2nd cited remain unchanged.
