Sub: ALLOWANCES: City Compensatory Allowance - Payment of CCA to the Employees and Officers of the Corporation working in the Units situated within the territorial limits of Ramagundam Municipal Corporation - Orders - Issued.

            In the Memorandum of Settlement 2^nd  cited, while indicating the rates of City Compensatory Allowance applicable at specific places, it was agreed, among others, that if City Compensatory Allowance is granted to any new places by the Government, the same shall be extended to APSRTC employees from the same date.  Accordingly, instructions were issued through Circular 3^rd cited.

            The Govt. of A.P. issued orders through G.O 4^th cited, sanctioning revised rates of City Compensatory Allowance as detailed therein to the employees of State Government working at various places including the areas covered under Municipal Corporations.

            Instructions were issued through G.O.5^th cited upgrading the Ramagundam Municipality as Ramagundam Municipal Corporation w.e.f. 25.02.2010. Godavarikhani Depot falls under the limits of Ramagundam Municipal Corporation.

            In accordance with the MoS 2^nd  cited and G.O. 5^th cited, Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, with the concurrence of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, has accorded sanction for payment of City Compensatory Allowance to the Employees and Officers of the Corporation working in Godavarikhani Depot w.e.f. 25.02.2010 onwards as detailed hereunder.

           

Necessary action shall, therefore, be taken to implement the CCA rates as stated above and to draw the same together with arrears w.e.f. 25.02.2010 in the Salary Bill of Nov, 2010 payable in December 2010 to the Employees and Officers, working at Godavarikhani Depot, after pre-audit.
