Sub:-   WARRANTS - Provision of Red Warrants to the Assistant Managers of PD and AD working in Regions and Assistant Engineers (QC) and Blue Warrants to the Supervisors heading PD and AD working in a Depot  - Instructions Issued - Reg.

Instructions were issued through Circulars cited, regarding issue of Warrants to different categories of Supervisors working in various Departments of the Corporation.

In view of the representations, the matter has been reviewed in detail in the light of nature of duties entrusted to Supervisors of different departments.  The following modified instructions are issued regarding eligibility of Warrants :

a)    The Assistant Managers of PD and AD  who are working in Regional Offices and Assistant Engineers (QC) of CED will be eligible for RED Warrants valid through out the State.

b)    The Class-II Supervisors heading the Personnel and Finance Wings in the Depots will be eligible for Blue Warrants valid within the Region concerned only.

The other terms and conditions governing the issue of Warrants, as notified in the Circulars cited, remain unchanged.

This has the approval of Vice-Chairman & Managing Director.
