        Detailed instructions were issued vide Circulars cited for conducting Higher Management and Lower Management  qualifying examinations.

        It is stated in the Circular first cited, that the employee's) whose probation's has / have been declared as completed satisfactorily and completed two years of service as on the date of examination are eligible to appear for the qualifying examination.

        This issue of completion of requisite service for eligibility  to appear for qualifying examination has reexamined and the following revised instructions are issued.

        The employees whose probation's has/have been declared as completed satisfactorily and completed two years of service as on 1st July of the Year in which  the qualifying examination is conducted, are eligible to appear for the qualifying examination.

        The instructions contained vide Circular 1st cited, are deemed to have been modified to the extent indicated above.

        The other guidelines contained vide Circulars cited may be followed scrupulously.
