Sub:-  MEDICAL ATTENDANCE :- Recognition of Chaitanya Eye Hospital, Vijayawada  - Extension of recognition period for further one year - Regarding.

        The Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, with the concurrence of Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, has accorded approval for recognizing "Chaitanyia Eye Hospital" as notified Hospital for limited purpose under trial basis for a period of one year vide reference 1st cited and further extended for one more year from 01.01.1997 to 31.12.1997 vide reference 2nd cited.  

        On expiry of the extended recognition period of one year on the recommendations of the Executive Director (Medical), the VC & MD with the concurrence of CAO accorded approval for further extension of recognition to the "Chaitanya Eye Hospital" for a further period of one more year ie., w.e.f. 01.01.1998 to 31.12.1998 on trial basis.  The terms and conditions as stipulated in the Circular cited stand good.

        All Unit Officers shall taken action accordingly
