Sub :- ESTABLISHMENT - Drawl of Staff form Zones to Head Office to work on Deputation against Head Office - Regarding.

        The staff to work in Head Office are being drawn from Zones in all categories by issuing specific orders keeping in view of the requirement, quota earmarked for Zones and request transfer applications pending in Head Office.

        Certain instances have come to notice wherein the Zones while giving promotions to Zonal level seniority posts, are posting employees straight to work in Head Office without any requisition and without the knowledge of Head Office which is leading to I.R. problems.

        To eliminate such instances, the following instructions are issued.

        Orders, posting staff of any category to Head Office shall be issued only  when there is a specific requisition from Head Office.  No employee shall be posted on promotion or on transfer to Head Office without  written requisition from Head Office.

        The Personnel Officer/Dy. Chief Personnel Manager of the Zone concerned will be held responsible for posting any employee to Head Office without specific requisition and liable for disciplinary action.
