            Board through it Resolution cited have approved the amendment to Regulation 9 (1) (C) of APSRTC Employees’ (P&A) Regulations, 1964 ie., to incorporate clause (iv) and implement the same w.e.f. the date of Resolution.

            The amended Regulation was notified for implementation vide reference 2^nd cited pending approval of the Government.

            Now, the Principal Secretary to the Government, Vide reference 3^rd cited, has conveyed Post- Facto sanction of the Government for the amendment to regulation 9 (1) (C) of APSRTC Employees’ (P&A) Regulations, 1964 to incorporate clause (iv) and implementation with effect from 3^rd October 1991.
