Sub:-    RECRUITMENT – Recruitment for the Post of Section Officer (Civil) by Direct Recruitment Applications called for from among departmental candidates – Reg.

Applications are invited from woman Departmental Candidates vide reference cited against the 1 OC post reserved for women.

 

It is now proposed to fill up 2 more posts of section officer (Civil) from among eligible departmental candidates by direct recruitment. The Qualification and other conditions prescribe are as follows:

 

ELIGIBILITY:

Employees who are working on regular base and on the rolls of the Corporation as on 1.3.1997, worked charged employee in time scale pay and Casual/ Contract employees (selected by regular departmental selection committee but appointment on casual/ contract basis) who have put in one year of service and completed 240 working days as on 1.3.1997 are eligible to apply.

 

Employees working on contract / daily wages basis not completed 240 days are not eligible (Certification of Unit Officer format is enclosed).

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

 

a)      Must be in possession in Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.

b)      Must have an experience of five yeas in Govt, or in Private concerned of repute in the capacity of Supervisor.

 

AGE:               Must have be above 30 years of age as on 1.7.1997

 

                        Age relaxation –

                        By 5 years to SC/ST/BC candidates. Employees belonging to SC/ST/BC

groups are given age relaxation to an extend of service rendered in the corporation subject to condition that the age of the candidate should not exceed  45 years. Employees other than SC/ST/BC are given relaxation equivalent to the period of the service rendered in the corporation up to maximum of 10 years only.

SCALE OF PAY:       Rs. 2525-95-3190-100-3890-110-4440-120-5040.

 

METHOD OF RECRUITMENT: By a written test and interview.

PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CANDIDATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE

 

            The eligible departmental candidates should submit there application through the Unit officer in the Proforma shown at the Annexure, to the Dy Chief Personal Manager (Recruitment) MD’s office Mushirabad, Hyderabad -500 020 so as to reach on or before 21.04.1997. all the eligible candidates have to appear for a competitive written test. The unit officers while forwarding the application, should verify and certify that particulars furnished by the employee in the application as correct, in respect of regular appointment, date of birth, designation, staff No. and other particulars. For particular in respect of age, education qualifications, caste etc., employees should enclosed attested copies of certificates, failing which their applications will be rejected.

            Application received after the last date or submitted with out being routed through proper channel or without certification by the Unit Officer, or without enclosures (attested copies of certification etc.) or incomplete will be rejected and no correspondence will be entertained.     

            The Unit officer are requested not to forward the applications of ineligible candidates.

            Candidates who do not fulfill the requirement condition need not submit there applications.
