     Sub: ALLOWANCES - Revision of City Compensatory Allowance to the Employees/ Officers of the Corporation w.e.f 01.02.2010 onwards - Orders Issued.

            Based on the Memorandum of Settlement 1^st cited, the Pay Scales in respect of the Employees of the Corporation in Class-II, III and IV services have been revised w.e.f. 01.04.2009.

            It was stipulated vide Item No.10 of the Memorandum of Settlement reached with recognised Union on 22.1.2010 as follows:

City Compensatory Allowance applicable will be at the rates indicated below against each Category of places.  The same rates will continue during the tenure of this Agreement.  In case Government notifies any changes in the rate of CCA to any specific place(s) in future, within the below mentioned categories, the rate of CCA at these places will be modified accordingly from the same date. 

            Similar instructions were also issued in respect of Officers also through Circular 3^rd cited.

            The Government of Andhra Pradesh issued orders vide G.O.Ms.No.65, dated 09.03.2010 revising the rates of City Compensatory Allowance with effect from 01.02.2010.

            The General Secretary, Recognised APSRTC National Mazdoor Union through representation 5^th cited requested to arrange  to pay CCA to the Employees of the Corporation at revised rates communicated by the Government through G.O. 4^th cited.

            The VC & MD, with the concurrence of Chief Accounts Officer, accorded approval for payment of CCA to the Employees and Officers working in the Corporation from 01.02.2010 onwards as indicated hereunder and to pay arrears due thereof, after pre-audit.

            Necessary action shall, therefore, be taken to implement the CCA rates as stated above and to draw the same together with the arrears in the Salary Bill of May 2010 to the Employees and Officers, after pre-audit.
