Sub:-   RECRUITMENT REGULATIONS - Simplifications of confirmation procedure - Confirmation of Employees who have completed 5 years of service at the entry posts - Implementation of the amended Reg. 22 of APSRTC Employees Recruitment Regulations, 1966 - Instructions - Issued.

         3) Memorandum of Settlement under Sec.12(3) of ID Act 1947 reached between the Management of APSRTC Recognized NMU on 27.03.1997.

        Regulation 22 of APSRTC Employees' (Recruitment) Regulation 1966 was amended and notified vide reference 1st cited duly simplifying the procedure for confirmation of employees of the Corporation.

        Instructions were also issued through the Circular 2nd cited to notify the pending confirmations expeditiously in the light of the simplified confirmation procedure.

        In pursuance of the Memorandum of Settlement 3rd cited, it is once again reiterated that all the employees who are appointed in Time Scale of Pay and put in a regular service of 5 years and more (except work Inspector (Technical)/ work Inspector (Non Technical) and Man Mazdoor) and whose probation is completed satisfactorily shall be confirmed in the entry post within a period of two months.  Guidelines in the reference 1st cited shall be followed while confirming.

        In case the probation period of any employee is not declared due to administrative reasons, immediate action shall be taken to declare their probation by Competent Authority before issuing confirmation order, within the stipulated time.

        The employees already confirmed in any of  the posts need not be confirmed again.

        The Executive Directors/Regional Managers and HODs shall ensure that the above instructions are implemented without fail.
