Sub: ALLOWANCES – Payment of Allowances and setting limits for reimbursement of expenditure incurred by Class-II Supervisors of APSRTC – Revision of field allowance to Class-II Supervisors - Reg.

Approval of the Board was obtained vide resolution No.11/2011, dated 31st March, 2011, for revision of allowances and for introduction of New Allowances for Class-II Supervisors of the Corporation. Accordingly, instructions were issued through Circular 1st cited, duly communicating the Revised and New Allowances to the Class-II Supervisors and to implement the same w.e.f. 01.01.2011.
A new allowance called “Field Allowance” was introduced to motivate the Class-II Supervisors working in the field, at the rates mentioned hereunder:

The Class-II Supervisors Association has submitted representation vide reference 2nd cited, requesting to extend the Field Allowance to those Supervisors working in Depots having less than 60 Schedules also, since denying the Field Allowance to such Supervisors may cause discrimination among the Supervisors.
In consideration of the representation, the Board through its Resolution 3rd cited has accorded sanction for extending the Field Allowance to those Supervisors working in Depots having less than 60 Schedules also. The allowances payable are furnished hereunder.

The instructions issued through circular 1st cited, is modified accordingly. The above revision of slabs of Field Allowances will come into force with effect from 08.11.2011.
