Sub:-    BUS PASSES - Privilege Bus Passes to the employees of Corporation - Permission to travel in next higher service if no Express service is operated on such routs / sectors Instructions issued - Reg.

           Instructions were issued through the Circular 4th cited to allow employees in Class-III and Class-IV categories to travel on the Privilege Bus Pass in the next higher class of service, if there is no such express service available on such routes/sectors not exceeding one set of pass per service.  The above facility is extended subject to seats are being vacant at the time of departure of the bus at discretion of the Station Manager or Shift Supervisor.

        In the Joint Meeting held with NMU on 14.05.1997 the Union has requested to delete the following from the Circular 4th cited.

        It has been agreed to allow one set of Privilege Bus Pass at the starting point only and to delete the para as requested by the Recognised Union.

        Only one Privilege Pass will be allowed in the Bus.

        These instructions will come into force with immediate  effect.
